Reclaiming Public Value

What are public institutions for, and how can they show it?

The programme studies how public organisations define their mandate, organise their services and demonstrate results to parliaments, ministries and citizens. Its work includes the M3 framework (mandate, mechanism, measurement), research on service models and decision-making patterns in public agencies, and practitioner perspectives on innovation policy and on public trust in information.
