Public Finance
Our Approach
Financing Value
The lill Institute for Public Value analyses and shapes public financial instruments to address pressing challenges in innovation, trade, development, and sustainability. By exploring innovative instruments such as mezzanine financing for export promotion, blended finance, development and climate guarantees, as well as other public finance mechanisms, we provide evidence-based insights that enable governments and public financial institutions to optimise the design and implementation of these instrument.
We provide tailored strategic and operational analysis for the benefit of governments and public financial institutions to ensure they maximise the potential of financial instruments. From designing innovative mechanisms to supporting their implementation and evaluation, we work closely with stakeholders to align instruments with broader policy objectives. By providing guidance on risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable value creation, we help to navigate complex financial landscapes.
