Professor Henning Meyer

Professor Henning Meyer is Director of the lill Institute for Public Value. He is also Honorary Professor of Public Policy and Business at Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and Research Associate at Cambridge University‘s Centre for Business Research.
Previously, Henning Meyer served as Chief of Staff and Director General for Policy and Coordination at the Saarland Ministry of Finance and Science. He was the first Fellow of the German Federal Ministry of Finance and, in this role, developed and implemented several crisis response policies. Before his government roles, Henning Meyer founded an award-winning publishing and consulting business.
Dr Henning Meyer was educated at Trier University, London Guildhall University (MA), London Metropolitan University (MBA and PhD) and University of London (MSc). He also holds an Oxford Diploma (PgDip) in Global Business from the University of Oxford.
